CGiii Comment

What can you say about a film that has [unexpectedly] grossed over $200,000,000?

Frankly...not alot!

Depending upon your [delicate] constitution you're either going to lap this insipid rom-com up...or, vomit!

It's a stereotypical tale crammed full of stereotypes...obviously, there's the [flamboyant] gay character...in this re-hash of Cinderella.

The contemptuous greed and superiority of this on-screen elite is as unpleasant to watch as the saccharine sweetness of poor little Cinders as she bags the boy, loses the boy, discovers a few home-truths and then ends up...bagging the boy [again]...with insight! As gripping as a slippery pole.

The wedding-magazine-brigade will love it...cue: A deluge of cheap weddings in make-shift paddling pools!

It's total escapism...for those who crave more than they have. For the rest of us...time to empty the sick-bucket!
