Almost a masterclass in how can create the mood.

A charged and atmospheric film.

The(ir) Blurb...

The night progresses and the countless city lights come and go, and like people, mingle, meet, separate and reunite. A man looks at them from his balcony like a reflection in his mind. They make visible the wide range of meetings that the city offers, but he prefers the man who lives in the next room. Experimental short with sounds and lights from the city night.
