CGiii Comment

Definitely a film for a niche market...mainly, boy-besotted, screaming girls [and women]! Their parents should be worried!

It's a little difficult to take any of this seriously...especially when Dara explains that it was her love for Gary Barlow [and Take That] that helped her identify as a lesbian! Quite possibly...the worst 'compliment' Gary Barlow has ever received! But...when Dara - in all seriousness - analyzes what-makes-a-boy-band work/function/succeed and tick...it all becomes head-scratching nonsense.

Jessica Leski [may have] missed a great opportunity...investigating 'boy-band fan fiction' - there are just too many talking heads talking about [unobtainable] boys...whereas fan fiction is a peculiar and [often] startling modern practice...where amateur 'writers' took the likes of Harry Potter on extended, imaginative [and often pornographic] adventures...young girls are [now] incorporating their lives into those of their idols...with just as much startling pornography!

Is it entertaining? Yes...if you are an ardent disciple of the boy-band cult. Is it enlightening? Yes...worryingly so, this level of [continued] obsession cannot be healthy.

Unlike most of the girls featured...you will need fantastic bladder control to see this through to the end!
