CGiii Comment

Two seemingly mismatched men form an unexpected connection over the course of one cold London night, in this warm-hearted debut from director Liam Calvert.

Struggling actor Lukas and wealthy entrepreneur Oliver couldn’t be more different, with Lukas’ quiet demeanour a stark contrast to Oliver’s bravado. Nevertheless, after a decidedly un-cute meet, the pair stay out all night, intent on getting to know each other and inadvertently getting to know themselves in the process. Like a queer variation on Before Sunrise, Calvert’s ephemeral romance believes hope can be found in the most unexpected places.
