Fulgor (El)

“El fulgor”, the lyrical and unique film of Argentinian director Martin Farina, takes us on an unconventional journey through the landscapes of rural Argentina. The wild nature blends into the city that is getting ready for the upcoming festival and we are witnessing the “meat cleaning” ceremony that is performed by the Gauchos. They are sharpening their knives, the smell of alcohol is in the air and the city is filling up with feathers, facemasks, skimpy clothes and half-naked men.
