Dogana/Chapti presents narratives & sociopolitical perspectives of queer Indian women & female-assigned nonbinary folks. Director Serena Chopra, a queer Punjabi-American motivated by her struggle to mediate queerness with her immigrant parents' cultural traditions, composed the film from her Fulbright research in India.
