Black & white - usually - makes any old crap look good!
However - with this film - the camera-operator obviously had no idea what the contrast button did!
It's a lifeless, over-exposed, dreary film.

A lonely woman living in Los Angeles displays an inability to reconcile her nefarious and fruitless past -- of a failed same sex relationship -- with her present, causing her to continually seek an escape from life, from the now, while simultaneously trying to embrace it. The futile tensions of these two elements, which include an aspect of privacy versus communication, affect her daily existence.
