CGiii Comment

The camera-work is pretty good, the colour palette is excellent...

The whole alpha-male thing is a little heavy-handed. The script needed tightening...no need for the pregnancy thing and why do gay couples always have to be touching each other!

The(ir) Blurb...

Every family has a secret and The Brothers Texas are no different. After their mother abandons them, Austin and Dallas are left to raise their little brother, Houston. Austin is the oldest and sloppiest at 29, Dallas is gay and head of household at 24, and Houston keeps everything organized and together at 13. The themes of brotherhood, identity, and forgiveness intersect as the brothers collectively search for the truth and discover the importance of family. On his 13th birthday, Houston finally builds up the courage to ask his crush to be his girl but will all his wishes come true?
