The honesty in this film is troubling...because, it actually asks a very serious and pertinent question and answers it in, possibly, the most surreal way imaginable.

You'll either get it or not.

It is brave and colourful...and was made when HIV/AIDS was considered a guaranteed death sentence.

Visionary, innovative - irresponsible - all could be convincingly argued.

It was a different approach to a difficult subject - and for that it should always be applauded.
