Longhorns

Country: USA, Language: English, 75 mins

  • Director: David Lewis
  • Writer: David Lewis
  • Producer: Steven Chiem; H.P. Mendoza

CGiii Comment

Lewis' directorial style is descending faster than a rock dropped off of a very high cliff...first there was the irksome Rock Haven, followed by the futile Redwoods and now...this...dispensable junk.

The soundtrack alone will have you running towards a deep, suicidal chasm.

The acting will have you guzzling cyanide...but, it is the writing that will make you reach for the nearest loaded shotgun and blow your brains out without the merest whiff of hesitation.

Enough.

The(ir) Blurb...

Beers, steers...and a couple of queers. The Eighties come roaring back in this risqué and sexy comedy involving a group of Texas frat-boys, a remote cabin in the Hill Country and lots of beers, that will give "ride 'em cowboy" a whole new meaning!
