CGiii Comment

An overblown auteur makes a film about another overblown auteur...the last days of Pasolini.

They say that mimicry is a form of compliment...here, it is a futile attempt at recreating the genre that Pasolini underwhelmed in...

Grimaldi, obviously, is trying to invent a sub-genre all of his own...neo-neo-neo postmodern realistic claptrap.

Grimaldi has succeeded in two aspects that Pasolini excelled in...atrocious acting and the writing is a pitiful indulgence.

This film affirms that Pasolini was an odious, creepy little prick who was thoroughly embedded up his own butt.

Looks like Grimaldi is going in the same direction.

The(ir) Blurb...

Three imagined vignettes from the final months of murdered filmmaker Pier Paolo Pasolini.
