Canada, 2015, a project put together by and The Movember Foundation
When I was in high school, I found the locker room to be one of the scariest places. Gay slurs and phrases were constantly thrown around that made me feel uncomfortable and made me even more afraid to come out and be who I really am. In many ways I avoided being athletic for this very reason. Let’s change the conversation in the change room. I think we can all agree, it’s time!
