CGiii Comment

Islam, arranged marriages and...gay.

Uncomfortable viewing...not just the subject matter but the film's composition...

There is so much hate and hatred here and it sits off-balance with the lighter moments...making it a little too erratic.

Overall, the film is clumsy, brave, one-sided and angry - that anger comes across as anti-Islam.

Despite the decent performances and photography, it is a misguided comment on ethnicity, nationality, tradition and immigration.
