A particularly bad example of the Bad-Hairdo-High-School genre that Japan tirelessly (and needlessly) doles out...time and time again.
What makes this even worse...they made a sequel!!!

Yuzuru Shino (Yûki Hiyori), a third year high school student, is always being dumped by his ex-girlfriends because although he is beautiful to look at, he is very dense inside, always speaking out without thinking first...
Yuzuru is the exact opposite of Seryou Touji (Tomoki Hirosi) who is a first year high school student in the same school as Yuzuru, who always dumped his girlfriends after 7 days love affair beginning Monday and ending in Sunday. Nevertheless all the girls that Seryou had an affair with, doesn't get angry at him because having an affair with him however brief is like winning in a lottery draw...
One day, intrigued by this knowledge, Yuzuru asked Seryou to go out on a date and thus start their 7 days affair...but what about after Sunday???...Why do Seryou wants to call Shino by his first name which is Yuzuru???
