CGiii Comment

Brosnan excels as the sexually dubious assassin - the execution is near perfection.

The humour is spot on.

Shepard is definitely a talent to be reckoned with - he, seamlessly, makes this film flow without being overly fastidious - the failing of many a director when mixing genres.

This is a comedy with drama, rather than the other way around.

Brosnan will surprise everyone - gone is Bond, back is a fine actor who has now one of the most memorable scenes in his repertoire - think cowboy boots and swimming pool.

Excellent entertainment.
