The Bannerji's are Bengali-speaking Americans who live in Massachusetts along with their son, Bhuvan. The family operates a tour bus called 'Bannerji Tours' that takes tourists to special spots in Hollywood. Bhuvan is enthralled with yesteryear actress, Delilah Leigh, and will do anything to get her to act in his scripted Bollywood movie. Whenever he drives the tour bus, he makes it a point to stop near her house. Then one day his patience pays off, he spots her, she waves at the bus, and the two eventually meet each other. The Bannerji's will soon find out that their son is going to be involved with Delilah's gay son, Devin; kidnapping, and a sudden death - events that will change their lives forever.
