CGiii Comment

Terrible title, vile split screen, chronic over-acting and a shit song...that's the opening credits.

It's about getting 'laid' before prom...but, there is a conflict...one is a cheery 'gay dude', the other is an uncharismatic tosser who would be wildly applauded if he were to be fatally struck by a lightening bolt...thus, putting us [the audience] out of the misery he instills...it is undecided whether this is the character he plays or [whether] his performance is simply listless.

Two scenes of particular note (there are others): the wrestling scene and the karting scene - both should have been cut and destroyed.

Alas, the rest is not much better...

The(ir) Blurb...

High school seniors Michael and Matty make a pact to help each other lose their virginity before their high school prom. Their plan hits a snag when Matty tells his best friend that he's gay. Michael's supportive but awkward attempts to help Matty fit in put a strain on their decade-long friendship. Their friendship is further tested when Michael falls for Matty's former girlfriend and Matty falls for a guy whom Michael wouldn't approve of. Prom looms and Michael and Matty have to repair their friendship and then figure out their love lives.
