CGiii Comment

Well...this is a disaster...back-firing, misfiring on all levels.

Three things are certain...Duke Tran should never write anything again.

Salomé Breziner should go [back] to film-school.

Nia Vardalos should read the script before committing.

The premise is revolting: Cash-strapped Mother suspects her soon-to-college son is gay, she applies for a 'gay' scholarship and then sets her son up with a bevy of gay boys...in order to prove to the authorities that her son is indeed gay - although he hasn't actually announced it himself.

Throw in a drunken, absent father, a few other anal characters...and the devastation is complete.

It's ridiculous...and seriously offensive.

How this got chosen for LGBT film festivals is an affront.

The(ir) Blurb...

Maggie Cooper thinks it would be so cool if her son Lloyd were gay. So cool in fact that she signs him up for a college scholarship for gay kids, sets him up on dates and then for good measure outs him to the entire school. And then Lloyd meets a girl.
