Yes, it is an important subject - unfortunately, the execution is rather dull and very clumsy.
Cluttered with irrelevance and nonsensical camera shots.
The big problem with de Seve is that he presents too many stories and many of those stories remain unresolved - which gives the feeling of it being incomplete.
It ends with a couple getting married who have not been introduced before - amateur, very amateur and weird.
