Agnes and His Brothers
- Director: Oskar Roehler
- Writer: Oskar Roehler
- Producer: Stefan Arndt; Markus Brinkmann
CGiii Comment
A putrid politician, a licentious librarian and a troubled transsexual - all brothers.
It is excruciating to watch - really, life cannot be this agonising. Roehler may have taken the dysfunction a little too far.
It may be beyond belief...but, it is really rather fascinating to watch.
There are too many unacceptable edits...then, there is one that will blow your mind.
There is talent on the screen - a little fine-tuning behind the camera and Roehler may make a fine future film.
