What is it about Japanese gay-themed films...most them are centred around swimming pools!

We get it...boys in skimpies. It really is time to move on.

This an unpleasant tale...high-maintenance young man falls for older, closted, heterosexually-married, swimming coach who - in turn - becomes a little besotted with him...what makes it even more unpleasant is the acting.

To say that this film is a little rough around the edges would be an understatement, it's scrappy and slow...so much so, the urge to press the FF button was simply overwhelming!

This is Oe Takamasa's debut feature...much to learn!
