A side of life that most of us never imagined...exists! Selling blood like selling narcotics!
This film has heart, soul, grit and grime. Even in the face of adversity, there is dignity...thanks to some delicate touches by the director.
Basically, it's a love-story between a closeted gay boy and a Hep-C infected bisexual boy...his on/off boyfriend...two boys from different sides of the track, making ends meet any way they can...in a minefield of morality, sexuality and corruption.
Yes...it's a little misshapen, haphazard and messy...but, that is part of its charm. The talent is obvious...it just needs a little refinement and experience. The future is bright for Julio Hernández Cordón.
Oh...and, the soundtrack is blisteringly good.

The(ir) Blurb...
Miguel and Johnny have known each other since childhood. Johnny is the son of the maid at Miguel’s and despite of it, they are good friends and lovers. They spend their time skateboarding and having fun. To make easy money and continue skateboarding, they sell their own blood clandestinely. They turn the play into a business, until a major transaction doesn’t turn out as they’d expected.
