CGiii Comment
Concepts around honour and the failings of the legal system...be warned: This is intense.
Three distinct stories beautifully interwoven...
The domestic cruelty and violence is unbearable to watch...but, the acting and writing are astounding.
The family who live for honour - never before has a mother figure been so despicably portrayed, you will be screaming 'BITCH' at the screen with such vehemence, you will surprise yourself.
The gay storyline is more palatable and is the weakest of the three but it does give a glimmer of hope...where the vermin that is mankind is concerned.
Nilsson has to be congratulated...he has made an important and powerful film that raises many questions...questions that have to be answered by the failings of politicians and lawyers.
Exceptional in every single way...by cast and crew.
