Queergestreift Filmfestival

The Queergestreift Film Festival is the second oldest queer film festival in Southern Germany. Born in 1987 from the idea of promoting free love in cinema, it carries the diversity of queerness in its DNA straight from the beginning.

Not for profit and on an entirely volunteer basis, the team is driven by its passion for queer cinema and community work. In its carefully curated program, it aims to bring the broad spectrum of queer filmmaking and the inclusive variety of queer representations to the screen.
