Macao International Queer Film Festival
The Macao International Queer Film Festival (MIQFF) is the only film festival in Macao centered on LGBTQ+ themes. It is committed to fostering dialogue on gender and cultural diversity through the art of cinema and has successfully held three self-funded editions to date. Since its inception, the festival has showcased queer films from around the world and hosted post-screening discussions, parties, and talks, attracting both local and international audiences. Through these efforts, MIQFF has brought greater visibility and support to the local LGBTQ+ community within the cultural and artistic landscape.
