1. The audience: THROUGH A HIGH-TECH ELECTRONIC SYSTEM
2. Our celebrity panel of judges will make the final decision based on the audience votes.
3. Plus, a special ‘People’s Choice Award’ for additional screenings of films chosen to be shown at the LGBT Homeless Shelter in Skid Row, Los Angeles, CA. Providing a unique award for filmmakers.
