DOTYK Queer Film Festival

DOTYK is a non-profit cultural project that touches upon current topics of identity and self-expression, problems of homophobia, transphobia, sexism, and other forms of xenophobia.

Dealing with post-USSR context, we fight against normativity and stigmatization of those who don’t fit the traditional model of behavior and indentity.

Queer-lenses enable critical view of a wide range of praxes, starting with educational system and ending with institution of the family, and reconsider overall the understanding of the notion of freedom.

The festival takes place on a regular basis in Minsk and other cities, including feature movies and documentaries, short movies and animation, exhibitions, lectures, concerts, meeting with guests from all over the world.
