Out for Blood Queer Horror Film Festival

Out for Blood Queer Horror Film Festival

Out For Blood is a queer horror film festival based in Cambridge, UK
Out For Blood is a film festival which showcases some of the best work by LGBTQIA+ filmmakers from around the world.

After being tired of the same queer club scenes in our own community, and feeling like we didn’t quite fit in, we decided to create something new and alternative. We launched in 2018 to a sold out venue and we plan to keep getting bigger and better!

We want to see a diverse representation of queer identities on screen. We want to celebrate and promote the work of queer filmmakers. We want to create welcoming spaces where film fans from all walks of life can come together to watch and discuss horror films.

We are looking for films made by people who identify within the queer community or films which celebrate queer characters or stories. We accept fiction, non-fiction and music videos.

Please note that all dates are subject to change. Any date changes will be communicated to relevant parties in good time.

There will be an audience vote for the Best Film. Best Film will receive Best Film laurels and a published interview.
