CGiii Comment

A documentary about an anonymous, reclusive musician...who refused to give an interview or even supply a photograph to the filmmakers...

So, what is the f&*king point in making a film about a person who doesn't want to be involved...and, that said person has all the talent of a rusty nail?

The music is worse than that nail being dragged down an old blackboard - similar in sound to a cat being skinned.

He can't play the guitar. He can't sing and his lyrics are destined to be forgotten immediately.

As to gay content - well, we turned it off before any poofiness was seen. So we don't know and we don't care.

A thoroughly pointless project that reeks of fraud.

The(ir) Blurb...

"The longest-running, weirdest, loneliest enigma in popular music is a guy from Texas who calls himself Jandek." Jandek on Corwood is the 89-minute documentary that explores this man, his world and his music.
