Swanberg is a chubby, unattractive young man who has discovered what his willy is for - and (unfortunately) decides to make a film with him masturbating in a shower.
It's not very pretty.
The rest of the film is as painful as testicle torture and this fat boy should not be allowed to commit anything to film again.
A silly, little (and podgy) wanker - literally. Not an insult...just a statement of fact according to this hideous film.
