Rather bizarre and not entirely successful.
Quirkiness needs quirky actors...not drama-school rejects...sorry, but some of those performances were...well, let us just leave it at that...
Howard's writing as erratic as his direction...erratic does not equal quirky.
Think before you film...and, get better actors.
