Let's Make Love

Country: USA, Language: English, 119 mins

  • Director: George Cukor
  • Writer: Norman Krasna; Hal Kanter
  • Producer: Jerry Wald

CGiii Comment

Cukor directed all the great actresses - so, having Marilyn a little over-weight with messy hair cannot simply be an over-sight.

Cukor may have seen more to Monroe than other directors did - he saw a woman, curves and all.

It can be argued incessantly...but, Marilyn looks and acts brilliantly - she was really starting to blossom.

And...this was her penultimate film.
