Country: UK, Language: English, 16 mins

CGiii Comment

It's like watching the 70s and 80s being re-discovered through bad [or, is that brash?] camera-work and youthful eyes...and, it's staggering to see how little has changed. Or, the horrendous lack of originality!

Babies, it was all done before you were born...you can reclaim words...but, you can't take the credit away from your fore-fathers and mothers!

Is this what they call post-post modernist plagiarism?!?

The(ir) Blurb...

From the galvanising effect of 'Section 28' through to the alternative fringe of the Second Summer of Love, nights such as HomoElectric and Flesh became a hub of the queer rave scene in Manchester. Fleshback is a celebration of those eventful times, exploring the vivid history, enduring legacy and present landscape of this colourful world.
