CGiii Comment

From the mind of Oliver Sacks and, it really is just a re-working of Awakenings.

Winkler has an impressive portfolio....but, this has to be one of his mistakes - he also likes to cast family members.

A gushy heavy-handed love story that almost induces a caustically violent vomiting fit.

Kilmer's performance is bizarre - a constantly smiling too-good-to-be-true gent.

The gay interest comes in the form of Nathan Lane as the visual therapist who plays himself.

This is a hugely interesting subject that has been dealt a dreadful hand.
