This is indeed an oddity.

Sorry, but Hemmings was a terrible film director (his TV work was barely passable).

The script is utterly atrocious. The sound: a calamity.

How Hemmings kept a straight face is beyond imagination.

Dietrich's final film appearance (you have to wait 1 hour for her entrance) and Bowie's first (even though it was released after TMWFTE).

Bowie would rather forget this fiasco.

It really is that bad...but, worth seeing just for Marlene.

Think Cabaret....and then watch it.

Don't waste your time with this toxic blister.
