CGiii Comment

This really is a flawed little gem - the two lead performances are tender and touching.

There are no drag queens, no sex scenes, no nudity, and no fancy cars.

It's a blue collar love story told with an absolutely fascinating eye for detail.

The major flaw is the character of David/narrator - unnecessary and irritating. That apart, Mueller shows an extraordinary amount of talent - it is a pity that he has made little else. His writing really is that good.

For an extremely low-budget production, this is a heavyweight despite its flaws.

Thoroughly recommended, a pleasure to watch.
