CGiii Comment

This was not made in Iran...so, all the declarations of how brave the filmmakers were/are...are unfounded.

It is the first film to have Iranian, Islamic lesbians as its subject-matter - and, for that alone, it should be applauded.

Unfortunately, it is not a good film...

To the detriment of the film, Keshavarz puts all her attention on the women - the rest of the cast can do and say what they like...resulting in bad performances with equally bad dialogue.

This could have been a decent short film - it is not a decent feature...displaying all the pitfalls of the amateur filmmaker.

The praise that this film has received is purely down to political correctness - at the expense of truth.
