CGiii Comment

Larry Kramer...a force to be reckoned with. Love him or loathe him...he made a profound difference.

Larry Kramer...Oscar-nominated screenwriter, playwright, novelist, activist.

Larry Kramer...a man who saved thousands upon thousands of lives.

Now, Larry Kramer...a frail old man. Still fighting...HIV and the establishment.

Young sofa-stuck, mouse-twiddling activists should take note...this is an activist. Boycotting movies (because you don't like them) is not activism...it's the spoiled brat syndrome.

'Activism' now is all about me-me-me-me. Kramer's activism was about them-them-them-(and-me).

A fitting tribute to an extraordinary man...it could have gone on for longer.

RIP Larry x

The(ir) Blurb...

Author, activist, and playwright Larry Kramer is one of the most important and controversial figures in contemporary gay America, a political firebrand who gave voice to the outrage and grief that inspired gay men and lesbians to fight for their lives. At 78, this complicated man still commands our attention.
