A Prelude to Pale Sunrise is a docudrama chronicling an aspiring screenwriter/filmmaker's (Chas Cordiac) bold effort to find the woman brought to her as an answer during her darkest hour. The 'prelude' to a future production, the film explores how Cordiac came to finally attempt to achieve a lifelong dream and the unexpected, traumatic, life-changing obstacle she faced once that attempt was made and its after effects. Heavily involved in drugs and lust, Chas decides to drop everything and pursue her lifelong dream of writing and film making. But she is in for a very sinister surprise in the form of a demonic oppression. What Chas initially perceives as 'good' turns out to be anything but and she finds herself in a frantic scramble for her own soul.
