Children of Paris

Children of Paris follows music artists Kotic Couture, DDm and RoVoMonty on the journey to expand their audience and careers beyond the Baltimore and East Coast scenes. Steeped in the underground scene, these three artist have thrived as queer artist in the segment of society that has a tradition of passing the mic and celebrating diversity. However, they still struggle to gain access to the same widespread fame non-queer hip-hop and pop artist get to experience.

Children of Paris frames each subject in their own mini showing which highlights their individual experiences as a gay/queer artist in the industry. Kotic Couture is the up and coming young hip-hop star humbled by all the attention and local fame. DDm is the seasoned veteran of the scene who is supportive of emerging artist while figuring out whats next for an aging hip-hop cult favorite. RoVoMonty is the newbie trying to cultivate his brand taking his career to new heights.
