CGiii Comment

Matteo is a young entrepreneur, successful, unprejudiced, charismatic and full of energy. Openly gay, he lives in a fantastic apartment, takes drugs and unscrupulously seeks out supposedly charitable schemes for companies trying to comply with their corporate social responsibility. His brother Ettore is very different: he still lives and works as a school teacher in the village where they were both born. Prudent and thoroughly decent, he works hard to do the right thing and not bring attention to himself. However, he is at a delicate moment in his life as he separates from his wife after twenty years together.

But everything that separates these two apparently opposite personalities will fade into insignificance when a difficult situation brings the two brothers together, forcing them to learn about each other and to discover the bond that ties them in a vortex of fragility and tenderness, fear and euphoria. From Rome to Lourdes, passing through the Bosnian village of Medjugorje, the siblings embark on a journey, their conversations along the way leaving both changed forever after.
