However, when their lesbian granddaughter moves in, the grandparents have to reconcile their lifelong religious ideologies along with their unconditional love for their granddaughter. Told over one weekend, the three get to know each other while taking care of life's mundane tasks. All in the name of empathy, Toni, Joe, and Jen make it work.
