CGiii Comment
It had to happen...the female version of The Hangover...with added idiosyncrasies and the same lowbrow humour.
Melissa McCarthy (Megan)...did anyone else notice...is this Ricky Gervais in heavy drag and a plump bodysuit?!?
Matt Lucas (and his on-screen sister)...a bizarre addition to the proceedings.
Chris O'Dowd...as a soppy, Irish policeman - being the love interest - has got to be the strangest casting seen in recent years.
The flight attendant...a nasty little scene that reeks of homophobia...he held his ground.
The very last scene...revolting and unnecessary.
However you look at it - it is either as good or, as bad as The Hangover - totally reliant upon the intelligence of the viewer.

The(ir) Blurb...
Annie (Kristen Wiig), is a maid of honor whose life unravels as she leads her best friend, Lillian (Maya Rudolph), and a group of colorful bridesmaids (Rose Byrne, Melissa McCarthy, Wendi McLendon-Covey and Ellie Kemper) on a wild ride down the road to matrimony. Annie's life is a mess. But when she finds out her lifetime best friend is engaged, she simply must serve as Lillian's maid of honor. Though lovelorn and broke, Annie bluffs her way through the expensive and bizarre rituals. With one chance to get it perfect, she'll show Lillian and her bridesmaids just how far you'll go for someone you love.
