CGiii Comment

The jury is out on this one.

Weirdly enough, it's adapted (from the stage) and directed by Billy Hayes - the real drug smuggler of Midnight Express book fame.

He has done little writing since and this is his first feature.

It doesn't get off to a great start: dialogue, acting and lighting are all way below par - and it doesn't improve.

The storyline is abundantly littered homosexual hatred, the offense is relentless and offensive.

The end is ridiculous - a boxer gets a hard-on when he's hugging his opponent in the ring - Mr Hayes, it's not looking too good.
