CGiii Comment

A film in three distinct parts...with varying degrees of success and some spectacular leaps of faith.

The cinematography - throughout - is spectacular...but, the [weak] story suffers from a stream of irrelevant, meandering scenes and a laconic, self-indulgent script.

If the editor had been more brutal - if the director had been less occupied with producing pretty pictures and asinine artsy dialogue...then, a damn decent film would have been produced.

Stylish and - unfortunately - terminally dull. No impact.
