CGiii Comment

There are two versions: the British and the American.

The British are dour, dingy and sarcastic, the Americans are a little less dour, more polished and unambiguous. One reeks of reality, the other is a sitcom.

No matter how you look at it...it's depressing...for a comedy.

The(ir) Blurb...

Set in a geriatric extended care wing of a down-at-the-heels hospital, Getting On follows put-upon nurses, anxious doctors and administrators as they struggle with the darkly comic, brutally honest and quietly compassionate realities of caring for the elderly.
