CGiii Comment

Bleak is the word...

A father [very] slowly unravels the events and details leading up to and following his teenage son's suicide. It's not what you expect...there are heroes and villains aplenty, they are not who you expect.

A nascent psychotic or just a bad boy?!? Or, a confused young man trying to get a grip on his emotions? Whatever...it's a masterful performance.

The narrative is complex...concentration is required. This is not an easy ride. Much...is left unsaid, there are red herrings...this is a world where words speak louder than actions. A world where truth doesn't only hurt - it kills.

Finely crafted by a gifted director.

Intelligent. Intense. Riveting. Utterly brilliant.
