His boss Mrs. Thibideaux has misgivings about Emmett's connection to her son, but his unique artistic work flocking Christmas trees as American flags and peppermint stripped fantasies keeps the customer coming. Seth and Emmet have an unclear attraction to one another that not only concerns Seth's mother but also keeps Emmett on the hook. This one December day everything will change when secrets are revealed forcing Emmett, Seth, and Mrs. Thibideaux to each decide whether to keep things the same or take a leap of faith.
