The only interesting thing that is revealed is that few poofs actually realised or cared that poofiness was decriminalised in 1967.
It's a typical TV trivial space-filler - all the camp characters are present - no surprises there - and it merely scratches at the surface.
Instantly forgettable fodder for multi-channel TV.
