CGiii Comment
Note: pop stars and models do NOT make good actors - there are a few exceptions...but, alas, not here.
Angry, blinkered directors do make one-sided, bigoted films.
This is objectionable stuff, some may say racist...but, definitely, of questionable intelligence.
Singleton has only made one movie of note, his debut Boyz n the Hood - fine in its straightforward portrayal, no intelligence required.
He has come no further in the brain stakes - he does present a clear case of SELLOUT.
Avoid - unless you want to be thoroughly insulted.

The(ir) Blurb...
Youngsters from different countries, races, and social background are forced to integrate when they all enroll in Columbus University. They all have their own problems, such as finance, harrassment, personal safety, and self doubt. Additionally, campus life seems to be causing a problem for everyone: racism. Students, already under pressure to perform in the classroom, on the track, or in front of their friends, are strained to the breaking point by prejudice, inexperience, and misunderstanding.
